If you are a registered SBA House League player, you are eligible to try-out for a Select team listed below for your Age Category. Select Baseball is travel league which draws players from House League. If you are interested in the Select program, tryout dates are:
Thursday, April 6th, 2017
Time: 6-7 PM

Monday, April 10th 2017
Time: 7-8 PM

There is a one time Tryout Fee of $10 per player.
The tryout is opened to all SBA registered House League players born in:
Mosquito Select: Born in 2006 and 2007 only
Rookie Select: Born in 2008 and 2009 only
Rookie Age Players will play on a dedicated Select Team in a Select Loop no House league. Mosquito Age Select will maintain a primary commitment to their House League teams during the season while gaining additional experience and competitive play through their Select Team’s activities.
The Yankees Select Program is an extension of Stouffville Baseball Association’s House League. This is a level between House League and Rep. Select players must be registered officially with the SBA House League. The SBA's select baseball programs offers skilled House League players the additional opportunity to participate in competitive baseball games and possible Select tournament games during the season.
The Select team rosters are formed after tryouts.
Player Selection:
Players interested in trying out for the team are required to be registered as a Stouffville Baseball Association House League player and attend the Stouffville Baseball Association Select Tryout as scheduled.
The Stouffville Baseball Association is committed to developing all our players and continues to believe that the Select program is a key part of this development environment. The SBA feels that the Select program will provide players enhanced skill development while providing a competitive and fun environment for our players. We are looking forward to Select Baseball in 2016.
