- Two (2) director positions with two (2) year terms.
As per the SBA Bylaws, to be eligible to serve as a Director, an individual must:
- Be eighteen (18) years of age or older;
- Not have been found under the Substitute Decisions Act, 1992 or under the Mental Health Act to be incapable of managing property;
- Have not been declared incapable by a court in Canada or in another country;
- Not have the status of bankrupt.
- Not be in a position of influence with another baseball organization, as determined by the Board, including, but not limited to, a volunteer, coach, or as a Director.
Any members wishing to volunteer on the board must submit a single page document outlining their abilities to contribute in a not-for-profit organization by no later than Saturday February 15, 2025 and must email their application to info@stouffvillebaseball.com
